1. Acceptance of Terms


The following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”) apply to the services available on the domain of AirsoftCart.com and any successor or related site or mobile application designated by Airsoft Cart Co., Limited Hong Kong.


These Terms of Use may be amended in whole or in part by AirsoftCart.com from time to time without prior notice to you. Amendments to these Terms of Use will be effective immediately upon the posting of the amended terms and conditions on AirsoftCart.com. Any customer is responsible for ensuring that he/she is familiar with the latest Terms of Use. Customer’s continued use of AirsoftCart.com represents his/her agreement to be bound by the Terms of Use as amended.

2. Membership


Any visitor, with or without a member account may browse and search on AirsoftCart.com, except in the areas of AirsoftCart.com with restricted access for specific group of members.


In order to place orders on AirsoftCart.com, any visitor can register an account of AirsoftCart.com. The account is used on AirsoftCart.com only.


In becoming a member of AirsoftCart.com, customers must provide complete and accurate personal information during account registration and also have a valid email account for further communication.


AirsoftCart.com promises all the personal data provided by customers are used for processing orders, shipping and inquiries communication. Customers have a right to modify and delete all the personal information on AirsoftCart.com.


Any customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his/her own account and password, and agrees to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under his/her account and password.

3. Purchase


AirsoftCart.com promises all products are brand-new and in good condition. AirsoftCart.com doesn’t sell any second-hand products.


AirsoftCart.com promises that each product will be thoroughly inspected and make sure it is in good condition and functional before shipping.


AirsoftCart.com doesn’t guarantee sufficient stock for all products. Order shipping will be delayed if a product’s inventory runs out. Order may be delayed or canceled if any product is out of stock.


All products sold on AirsoftCart.com are designed for airsoft. AirsoftCart.com is not responsible for consequential and/or incidental damage that may result from failures of any product or use in real firearms.


Customers must ensure airsoft products and activities are legal in their own regions or countries. AirsoftCart.com is not responsible for any behaviors against the local law.

4. Warranty Policy


AirsoftCart.com provides warranty, exchange and return service. Customers can contact our support team for inquiry and application of certain warranty.


AirsoftCart.com offers 12 months warranty service to merchandise purchased on our online store.


Products which have been subject to modification (internal and external), misuse, negligence, accident, improper maintenance, repaired by anyone other than AirsoftCart.com and electrical components (e.g., batteries, chargers) will void the warranty, exchange and return service.


If customers are experiencing problems with products purchased on AirsoftCart.com, please contact our support team. We help our customers troubleshoot the issues during regular business hour (9:30 to 18:00 HKT) on weekdays. Responses will be delayed on weekends or local public holidays.


Customers can apply for warranty service if product issue(s) cannot be solved after troubleshooting. Warranty application must be submitted within product warranty period.


Customers have 14 days from the date of receipt to apply for exchange service if they are not satisfied with a product’s condition and function. Application for exchange may be refused or disregarded if it exceeds 14 days.


Customers can apply for return service within 3 days after order delivered. The return item(s) must be restockable and, therefore, must be brand new, unused, and in functioning condition. Used merchandise are not applicable for return service.


AirsoftCart.com DO NOT accept any return product(s) without prior authorization from the RMA Department and the proper documentation. Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.


Return product(s) must be in good packaging in case of new damage during return shipping.


Shipping cost for return product(s) from customer to AirsoftCart.com is not covered.


For exchange service, the new item(s) will be shipped once the returned product(s) are inspected and approved in good condition.


For return service, refund will be sent back to customer’s PayPal account used for the purchase after the return product(s) are inspected and approved in restockable condition. The refund process takes 1 to 3 business days to finish.

5. Payment


AirsoftCart.com accepts PayPal as payment method.


Customer finishes the payment process through PayPal official website. AirsoftCart.com doesn’t gather or save customer’s PayPal account information.


Order will be shipped to the address registered on AirsoftCart.com. Customer must ensure the delivery address is correct before payment.

6. Delivery


AirsoftCart.com requests between 1 to 3 business days to process and ship orders after receiving the customer’s payment. We don’t process or ship orders on local public holidays.


AirsoftCart.com ships to most regions around the world.


AirsoftCart.com offers POSTAGE SHIPPING and PRIORITY SHIPPING options for orders.


Tracking information will be updated after an order is shipped. Customer is able to find the tracking number at account section on AirsoftCart.com.


AirsoftCart.com may randomly choose different couriers for PRIORITY SHIPPING orders depending on factors like delivery regions, shipping efficiency and service status. If customers have shipping preference, please contact our support team before order payment.


APO and FPO addresses cannot be reached. PO BOX may not be reached.


AirsoftCart.com is not responsible for failures of delivery and extra shipping charges from couriers if issue(s) occurred by incorrect shipping address information.


For Russian customers, full name in English is required for Customs clearance. We will NOT ship out the order if full name is missing.


AirsoftCart.com is not able to control shipping duration due to varied factors, such as clearing Customs, weathers and etc. Some regions may take pretty much time for clearing Customs.


All product prices are tax excluded. Customer is responsible for any tax or importing fees/duties charged by Customs or local authorities.

7. Disclaimer

AirsoftCart.com reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any modification of these terms will be deemed to be effective from the date and time of posting on our web site.
